Blueprint: the Fund Readiness System
Blueprint builds the institutional data room, reads the materials for the problems an allocator will find first, and names what will be probed in diligence. Five modules in a deliberate order, ending in a room that is ready to open. Readiness is reported as a fuel gauge rather than a grade.
Architecture: the VC Operating System
Architecture reads capital deployment, ownership targets, reserves, scope, concentration and team capacity across every fund in a firm, then shows whether those choices reinforce the return strategy or quietly work against it. Composite scoring updates as the configuration changes.
Advisory
When the question does not generalize.
The platforms answer what recurs across firms. Advisory is for what does not: a particular manager, a particular fund, a particular allocation program carrying its own constraints. The work is delivered in writing, using the same framework the software applies, so it can be circulated to an investment committee without translation.
Manager diligence support
A structural review of a manager under consideration, delivered as a memorandum with the tensions an investment committee should raise.
Fund design and reserves
Fund size, ownership targets, reserve policy, concentration and capacity, reviewed against the return strategy being presented.
Program design
